___1. Full-year tuition- This is one full payment for the remainder of months
each student. The remainder of any pre-paid fees of tuition may receive a
studio credit (good for 1 year) or a refund, minus the $45 processing fee.
Please allow 4 weeks to receive refund.
___2. Monthly- Must pay by the first week of each month. Tuition must be paid
before the first class of the month. A 15% Late Fee will be automatically added
to your monthly tuition after the first class, no exceptions. If a client drops,
there will be a $25 drop processing fee. The office must be given a 2 week
notice prior to dropping or another monthly fee will be charged. Any pre-paid
tuition, after subtracting the $25 drop processing fee, may have studio credit
up to one year or refunded.
*Calendar:
As each month allows for up to 2-5 lessons (considering the holiday closings,
end of year performance, and dress rehearsals), tuition is the same for each
month. (See next page for calendar, tuition rates, closing and performance
dates.) The studio operates on a ten-month dance season, with the season
officially beginning Monday, August 8th, 2011 and ending Saturday, June 8th,
2012. The average is 4 class sessions a month and the 10 paying months are
August ’11- May ’12. No pro-rating months!
