Costume fees do not include shoes. However, tights and any accessories are included at no extra
charge (if part of costume). Costumes must be paid in full by December 2nd 2011. NO COSTUME WILL
BE ORDERED UNTIL IT IS PAID FOR IN FULL. Costumes fees are non-refundable; costumes are
non-returnable, non-exchangeable. A selection of costumes for each class will be posted for viewing, no
later than March 2012.
Price List for each class:
Each Combo class = $60
Each Beginning Level, Jr., and boys = $65
All other levels = $70
Adult Classes & X-Large Sizes = $75
